2012 Spring Registration

All registration forms must be received by January 31, 2012.

There are 2 forms for 2012 Spring Soccer. The first form is for U6, U8 and U10 teams who play on Saturday (in-house teams). The second form is for U10 and older who play on Sunday (travel teams).

Sunday travel players must add $10 to their fee. No registration forms will be accepted after January 31, 2012.

First-time players must provide a copy of birth certificate, and for travel players only (U10 and up), must provide a 1 inch x 1 inch photo.

Uniform requirements:

Black shorts, Black socks, Shin guards, and Soccer cleats

Park in the upper lot and enter the door right in front of the parking area.

The soccer concession stand is at the end of Snyder Drive.  Follow Snyder until you see the soccer goals in front of you, the concession stand is to the left of the large field.  Please do not park in or in front of the driveway for the building or along Snyder Drive, parking can be found by making a left at the end of Snyder and following the road to the upper parking lot.
