2012 Spring Registration
Last in-person registration at Big Knob Elementary School in the Multi-Purpose room on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 from 5:45 - 6:45 p.m. Registration forms are available on the "Registrar Info" link. Forms are available at the offices of each school building. Deadline is January 31, 2012 - FIRM - for spring soccer registration. If you can't make it to the January 24 registration, please send in your form now to make it before the deadline. The mailing address is on the form. If this is the first time your child is registering for soccer, you will need to provide a copy of their birth certificate.
If your child is new to soccer, he/she will need the following: Soccer cleats (cannot use baseball cleats) Shin guards Black socks Black shorts FAST soccer jersey
Uniform requirements: Black shorts, Black socks, Shin guards and Soccer cleats
